Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused—with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get another item is to return the one you received and then, once the return has been approved, place a new order.
14-day cancellation period in the European Union
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without having to provide a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received—unworn and unused—with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
